Crimson Reckless, raging, now the fireCrimson by ~lighthouse-beacon
Lights the city with crimson desire
Hither and thither she scans and spies
Crimson rivers beneath crimson skies
One by one the shanties blaze
As her fingers fondle the crimson haze
Mounted on a terrace, seasoned but strong
A crimson tree crackles into song
In a lofty room, the crimson eyes glimmer
Of orphans, whose dreams are getting dimmer
A sinking skiff goes pitching past
With crimson hull and crimson mast
Frightened people scream and dash
As their beloved city is reduced to ash
